Service Overview
Offer diversified 3D printing solutions, covering mainstream technologies such as SLA, HP MJF, SLS, and SLM. Support functional prototype production, low-batch production, and processing of complex structural components using both metal and plastic materials. Help customers quickly validate designs and shorten the R&D cycle.
Processing capacity
Technology types:
SLA (photo-sensitive resin), HP MJF (nylon powder), SLS (selective laser sintering), SLM (metal laser melting);
Precision control:
Tolerance can reach ±0.001 inches (approximately ±0.0254mm), and the minimum tolerance for key dimensions can be as low as ±0.005mm. The minimum thickness for thin-walled processing is 0.020 inches (approximately 0.508mm).
Material range:
Compatible with aluminum alloys, stainless steel, titanium alloys, magnesium alloys, copper alloys, nickel alloys, as well as engineering plastics such as POM, PEEK, and ABS;
Delivery efficiency:
Rapid prototyping is delivered within 1-5 days, small batch production is delivered within 3-7 days, and for large-scale mass production, the cycle can be optimized according to the requirements.
Post-processing support:
There is no MOQ limit. It supports single-piece customization, small-batch trial production (1-1000 pieces) and large-batch production (1000+ pieces).
Our advantages
Fast iteration
Fast iteration: No need for molds, directly print from the CAD file, significantly shortening the prototype production cycle;
Complex structure adaptation
The AI-driven DFM analysis system provides real-time feedback on design optimization suggestions, while a professional engineering team offers 1-on-1 technical support.
Cost advantage
Standardized production processes and intelligent scheduling systems enable quick response to orders and shorten the delivery cycle.
Diverse materials
Covering both metal and plastic, meeting the dual requirements of functional testing and appearance verification.
