What file formats do you accept?

We support a full range of common design and drawing formats for manufacturing, including STEP, IGES, STL, DWG, DXF and PDF.

You can send us 3D files for structural processing and 2D engineering drawings with detailed dimensions and tolerance requirements, which helps us provide accurate quotation and smooth production.

What is your machining tolerance?

We deliver high-precision machining to meet diverse industrial demands.For standard parts, the regular tolerance is ±0.02mm~±0.05mm.

For high-precision custom components, we can achieve strict tolerance from ±0.005mm to ±0.01mm, fully compliant with precision equipment, aerospace, medical and semiconductor industry standards.

Can you provide custom OEM service?

Absolutely. We provide 100% customized OEM & ODM services. Based on your 2D/3D drawings, technical parameters and special requirements, our engineering team can complete one-stop customized solutions, including structural optimization, material selection, prototype trial and mass production.

What surface treatments are available?

We offer a complete selection of surface finishing options to enhance appearance, corrosion resistance and durability:Anodizing, sandblasting, high-precision polishing, electroplating, passivation, spray painting and other customized surface treatments as requested.

How long is the lead time?

The lead time is arranged flexibly according to order type and quantity: Prototype & sample order: 3-7 working days; Mass production order: 10-20 working days. We can also arrange expedited production for urgent projects upon customer request.
